The location and Barbara, the host was super friendly! It had an outdoor kitchen that I really liked and it was fully equipped for cooking big dinners. The room was clean and bed was comfy, and I had a big balcony that I could see the ocean from.

My suite was at the entrance so I would hear anyone. Not a dealbreaker for me
