Nous avons bien aimé la belle maison, très bien meublée et décorée. Les pièces sont spacieuses grande cuisine et grand salon donnant sur une belle terrasse abritée et un beau jardin bien entretenu. Les chambres sont grandes et la literie confotable. Chacune dispose de sa salle de bain et il y a des placards partout.
La situation à Forio est pratique on peut aller au village à pied en se baladant. (environ 20 minutes). Parking fermé dans le jardin. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.
Une suggestion : laisser pour les locataires des produits d'accueil : quelques capsules de café, sachets de thé, savon/gel douche/shampoing, bouteille d'eau ....
Prévoir des lampes de chevet dans les chambres.

Sehr beeindruckende moderne Villa in besonderem Baustil, tatsächlich luxuriöse Anlage. Große Räume, kunstvoll gestaltet und eingerichtet. Flure und Zimmer mit vielen Wandschränken, moderne Küche, schönes Wohnzimmer mit Panorama-Fenster zur Terrasse und großen Couchen, auf denen man abends herrlich einschlafen kann. Gute Betten (wir sind sehr wählerisch). Zwei Bäder. Volle Ausstattung u.a. mit Waschmaschine und mehreren TV-Geräten, auch ein guter Grill. Der Garten ist schön angelegt, mit Zitronen-Bäumen und Palmen. Schöne Gartenmöbel, Sonnenliegen. Die ruhige Lage am Ende einer schmalen Anlieger-Straße ist super. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse bis hin zum Meereshorizont ist schön. Bis zum Zentrum von Forio läuft nur wenige Minuten. Unseren Leihwagen (Italien-Stil Fiat 500 Cabrio) konnten wir auf dem Grundstück parken (Tor mit Funköffnung).
Wir waren zu dumm, den Wirlpool im Garten richtig zu bedienen und das Wasser zu heizen. ;)

Beautiful house. Feels like being in a palace. Comfortable beds. Very spacious house and garden. Very helpful host. Very quiet.
It was hard for us to get to the villa and away from the villa as the roads are very narrow. I would recommend a car as nothing is really walking distance. But only come with a small car or if you come with your own car which you don’t care too much about scratching it.
Otherwise all lovely.

Siamo stati benissimo presso la Villa di Raffaele, una vacanza davvero indimenticabile. Struttura fornita di ogni servizio, immersa in un giardino meraviglioso. Camere spaziosissime, aria condizionata, bagni grandi e parcheggio interno. Torneremo sicuramente! Grazie di tutto!
