A localização maravilhosa, praticamente de frente para o mar, só atravessar a rua e ja está na areia. A infraestrutura do condomínio também nota 10, piscina, quadra de esportes, parquinho, tudo muito limpo e organizado. O apto bem completo, com bastante espaço. O anfitrião muito atencioso.
Poderia ter mais um ar condicionado no terceiro quarto e na sala, mas seria somente uma melhoria, pois o apartamento é ótimo assim mesmo.
