Point fort de ce logement : les deux chambres sont bien indépendantes ce qui permet plus d'intimité. Charme d'un appartement en soupentes, du coup il ne faut pas être trop grand. Le logement est en cours de rénovation, la salle de bain et la cuisine sont agréables et confortable. La cuisine est bien équipée. Électroménager en très bon état.
La rénovation est en cours, ce sera super avec de nouveaux velux et un peu plus d'éclairage pour la pièce principale.

Emplacement parfait Literie confortable Logement bien équipé et fonctionnel! on avait bien assez de place pour 1 couple et 2 enfants!
Des finitions seraient un peu à améliorer (cache interrupteur peuvent tomber (wc), porte serviette en bois à bien retirer dans SdB. Canapé abimé au milieu mais des poufs en + permettant de tous s'asseoir. Attention a la poudre qui se trouve dans les escaliers en arrivant au logement 😉

Pas de petit déjeuner et bon emplacement
Odeur de tabac dans la cage d escalier, chauffage non adapté, velux calfeutrer avec du scotch.
