Αξιοπρεπεστατο στούντιο (103) ότι χρειάζεται για ένα ζευγάρι για μερικές μέρες στη Χαλκιδική. Είχε και κουκετες ώστε 4 άτομα να εξυπηρετηθούν, αλλά ο χώρος είναι μικρός για να κινηθούν όλοι με άνεση. Απολύτως καθαρό και καλό μπάνιο, με καλή πίεση στο νερό. Άνετο πάρκινγκ μπροστά στο κτίριο, και καφέ απέναντι. Η επικοινωνία με τη κ Άννα συνεπής και φιλική. Ευχαριστούμε!

Το WiFi φέρει σημαντικής βελτίωσης.

The location is very good, the parking option is a big plus. Having a coffee shop across the main road is a plus. Anna is very king and welcoming :)

It’s very tiny (at least the studio I booked), a bit noisy because it’s like 15 meters from the main road

The host was a kind, wellcoming person, althought she didn't understood our concerns for the first time she was available to repair a few things I was requesting. There is private parking space in the yard, this way we could keep our SUP and kayak on the top of our car safely overnight. The host cleaned the bathroom after my request and she brought new plates, bowls, dishes. During our stay of 7 days the apartment was cleaned once and we received clean towels. Another plus is that the apartment is equipped with washing mashine.

This is one of my most difficult ratings to write. When we arrived to the location I was very surprised when I had to enter in another building, not the one I had in the booking confirmation. The apartment wasn't properly cleaned, the glass shower panel and the tap were full of limescale, in the livingroom there were cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling. I made reservation for 4 persons, but the apartment was prepared only for 2. Inside of the kitchen cabinets was a very bad smell and the dishes, plates, and everything inside had absorbed the smell. Towels had strange smell also, as if they weren't dried properly. The apartment was full of personal things such as religous pictures and fridge magnets as if someone was leaving there. The traffic noise durring night was very disturbing, the apartment is located near a busy road. The host has only this apartment for 4/5 people, it is compleatly different from the studios which are for 2 people.
