Solid reliable modern and very close to geneva

No issues whatsoever with this hotel Right next to the train station hop on leman express and you are at gare eaux vive in 10minutes. Thanks for hosting us

Excellent place to stay.

Had a lovely big room on a corner of 5th floor. Security was excellent as had to use room key card in the lift. It would only take you to the floor your room was on. Excellent location right next to the train station.

Stylish comfortable pet friendly hotel with easy access to Geneva centre.

We liked the east access by train to Geneva center. Our room was very comfortable; our cat was welcomed; breakfast was great with everything you could possibly want. There was a lovely bar/lounge/restaurant area on the ground floor. The parking was very nearby and discounted by the hotel. Our room on the seventh floor had a lovely view.

The rooftop bar/restaurant was closed when we were there (Sunday and Monday nights)

Great balance of location near Geneva and the airport, along with reasonable pricing. Despite being a minute's walk from Annemasse Station, it's remarkably quiet without much train noise.

Coffee and water were not replenished daily.

Large room and a massive bathroom! Lovely big bed and lots of lights in the room so you can really get comfy. The restaurant was closed when we arrived but the staff recommended lots of late night takeaways places we could order from. Very close to the train station!

Has a very comfortable bed, the hotel was clean, nice staff, good shower and bathroom. Also has a nice gym though small and roof top bar at the top. Perfect location as it’s right across from the train station !

The room was extremely small and I couldn’t put my luggage anywhere but we could make do, better for a weekend trip with a small suit case. The body gel pump was broken so had to wash with shampoo. Also the mini bar was a bit warm rather than Cold

Very close to Geneva, and also airport. Annemasse station is just in front of the Hotel, so it was very easy to getting around. There are so much of night life, however I don't usually get out during night time. Train station is in 1 minuet from hotel exit, so I could take relaxed breakfast. Good service.

There was a train strike in French side so that was a little difficult for foreign tourist to handle the situation. Tram way was available from Swiss side so it was KO but took 50 minuets from Geneva, instead of 20. Well its not any fault of the Hotel.

The payment system, pre-authorization payments. Same breakfast for my stay which was kind of boring.

Great stay, everything you need in one place

The bed was very comfortable, the location was good with cafes, supermarkets, train station and tram stop all within walking distance and easy access to Geneva. Fridge and kettle in the room with tea/coffee is always welcome. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

Could have done with an iron in the room and some conditioner (there was only shampoo and shower gel), and would have liked a room service menu in the room.

Good and polite service, clean, quiet and good location - but I could feel that it was not the same spirit as usual … new owners? I have been staying at the hotel five times since September last year, so I missed some of the former staff
