Hotel Ix By San Clemente

La atención del personal fue excelente. La calidad del desayuno incluido en la habitación fue de lo mejor que he visto en el centro de México.

Ubicación y limpieza

Se fundio un foco y tarda demas salir el agua caliente

La estructura del hotel es muy bonita y la atención del personal es muy buena y amable

El cuarto que me tocó estaba al fondo y no tenía vista a ningún lugar mas que a las habitaciones, también creo que no es muy cómodo que se escucha absolutamente todo lo que hacen en los demás cuartos cuando se bañan, la tele, las voces y se escucha demasiado fuerte, también tuvieron un evento en el jardín de abajo y se escuchaba demasiado fuerte todo hasta las 11 de la noche y durante la noche estuvieron jalando sillas o mesas en el piso de arriba y fue muy molesto, no fue un buen descanso con tanto ruido en todos lados

The beds were comfortable and the included breakfast was good

The bathrooms smelled horribly like sewage and there was no ventilation so the entire room smelled like sewage unless you left the window open (with was large enough that someone could climb in as there were no screens). I asked that they not clean the room, but they still did and the housekeepers left our room unlocked all day while we were out. I had left my laptop and other expensive stuff in my room so that made me pretty uncomfortable, though nothing was missing.
