Outside you'll enjoy a front porch, large rear deck with patio furniture & hot tub, along with a bistro deck off the 2nd floor master suite. Inside, the main level has an open living area and kitchen along with two BR and two full baths. The 2nd level is dedicated entirely to the master suite and bath, with a king bed, sitting area, and bistro deck to enjoy the view.

Hey, we all could use a breath of fresh air and that is exactly what we found here. Park, lake and golf within a mile of our house and it was clean, comfortable, spacious, well equipped... what more do you need? I would easily use this property again. Thanks.

My friends and I had a great time seeing the area sites, attending the Derby and touring a few bourbon distillery’s. This house was very clean, spacious enough for 6 adults and perfect location. Also, the house has everything you would need and more. Beds were very comfortable. Definitely will be back.
