La casa está muy bien ubicada, muy cerca del pueblo, de la zona de restaurantes y de las tiendas y es muy amplia. La zona de jardín es ideal paraa comer y cenar y tiene unas vistas preciosas.
Aunque la casa está muy bien faltan detalles que la harían perfecta, como por ejemplo copas y menaje en la zona de comedor, ya que los muebles estaban totalmente vacíos, espejos en las habitaciones, y, elementos decorativos, que la harían más hogareña.
