A pleasant stay

The studio is situated in a building which houses many students. It took us back to our university days which was pleasant. The area is extremely quiet although it is right in the center of town. We could walk wherever we wanted to go.

Die Lage ist optimal, nicht weit vom Bahnhof entfernt und gleich neben dem Marktplatz gelegen. Trotzdem sehr ruhig, da im Hinterhof. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

sehr gute zentrale Lage in der Innenstadt und trotzdem ruhig, bequeme Betten, privater Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft (mit sehr enger Einfahrt), ausreichend großer Kleiderschrank

Etwas abgestandene Luft bei Ankunft. Der Seifenspender in der Dusche hat nicht richtig funktioniert, nur ein Handtuchhaken im Bad - also keine Möglichkeit die nassen Duschhandtücher irgendwo aufzuhängen (genug Platz für Handtuchstangen wäre vorhanden). Die Ausstattung der Küche ist eher spärlich (z.B. keine Müslischalen..), wenig Stellfläche in der Küche - kaum Platz für mitgebrachte Lebensmittel. Das Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank war total vereist (da es anscheinend nicht richtig geschlossen war und auch nicht zuging). Eine Reinigungsgebühr wird berechnet, aber das Geschirr muss man selbst spülen und aufräumen bei Abreise (Spülmittel nicht gefunden). Zwei Fugen im Bad am Boden waren ständig nass (Feuchtigkeitsproblem oder undichte Dusche?). Ameisenköder im Zimmer! Leider kam auf meine SMS an den Vermieter bis heute keine Antwort. Bei Anruf nur AB. Preis-Leistung passte für uns hier gar nicht!

Die Lage ist superzentral und gleichzeitig ruhig. Es gibt einen abgeschirmten Sitzplatz draußen. Die Ausstattung bietet alles was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und durchdacht. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Einfach super!

Ein sehr gemütliches und gepflegtes Appartement, komplette Ausstattung, sehr angenehme Betten. Der Gastgeber hat sich sehr bemüht alles Wissenswerte für die Anreise und das Parken des Autos gut zu kommunizieren. Super Frühstücksmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke!

Die Pension hat eine perfekte Größe und die Küche mit einem kleinen Herd war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Auch das Bad bietet viel Ablagefläche und sogar eine Waschmaschine.

Aufgrund der Erdgeschosslage ist die Wohnung relativ dunkel. Die Matratze war nicht besonders bequem und könnte ggf. gegen eine Neue getauscht werden. Die Einfahrt für den PKW ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, steht jedoch unter Denkmalschutz.

Ein Super Startpunkt zum erkunden der Stadt

Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Eine komplette Küche , Bad mit Waschmaschine, eine Essecke , TV mit Streaminganbietern und ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Den Marktplatz erreicht man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Perfekte Lage .

Enge Durchfahrt zum Park-Innenhof Parkraum war mit Fahrrädern zugestellt Bad hat keine Heizung ( abgeklemmt damit Waschmaschine Platz hat )

Super Lage, direkt in der Altstadt, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Alles da, was man braucht. Gute Betten, alles sehr sauber. Kommunikation mit dem freundlichen Vermieter war sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
