BED BUGS AND RAT DROPPINGS EVERYWHERE. Worst place I’ve ever been. Never got a refund. Host is dirty

Rat droppings under the bed. And bed bugs. We left immediately and never got a refund. The dirty host even started to ignore me.

It was not as I expected

The car park

The owner was friendly and kind but the property was not as I expected. It was not clean, the street noisy didn’t make me sleep well at night. The mattress wasn’t comfortable. The toilet door was staked on my daughter and we were lucky because the toilet had two doors. Absolutely, I will not come back to it.

I wouldn’t use again.

the property wasn’t anything like the photos. The carpets/walls were dirty. There was a big water stain on the roof in the living room. The bedding was old and tatty. The place smelt fusty and there was confusion with the check in times. The amenities that were listed weren’t provided. It just wasn’t ideal at all.

noisy boiler in the bedroom. didn’t get a wink of sleep. Terraced house needs a refurbishment.

The property was not at all like in the picture. The main bedroom door was broken. The locks were not working in the bathroom and the doors wouldn't close fully. Hence, there was no privacy.

The washing machine was broken and had clothes inside The dishes were not clean The carpets had not been hoovered The bedrooms had no draws or bedside tables or mirrors, one of the rooms has the boiler in it so can be noisy when trying to sleep The shower was duct taped The bathroom door did not close properly Broken blinds and curtains that do not match the size of the windows WiFi did not work for the first day of our stay There was a double booking and other people showed up with booking confirmation from a different site with the same property
