Basic but clean, great location

Such a great place. The pool was great and there were always sun loungers available. Our apartment was big and plenty of space. Loved our little patio/terrace area out the back. Air con in the living area, we left the bedroom doors open and we never got too hot. Staff were lovely and there is a mini mart on site which is very reasonable with great service. It was super relaxing and doesn't offer entertainment etc which we all loved. Can walk down to Anfi beach, restaurants etc within 15 minutes. 5 min walk to the bus stop as well.

The bathroom drains could smell a little and where we were there were quite a few steps to reach which was difficult with luggage, but these are such minor things for a great, relaxing stay.

Great property, big fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and kettle. Large patio. So quiet. Pool was clean, no sunbed hogging, in fact there was hardly anyone around the pool. 5-10 min walk to beach.

We liked our terrace which was spacious and was surrounded by a nice garden. It was also very quiet at the complex both during the day and night. There is a nice size swimming pool. Very clean and daily cleaning provided (we didn't use it). There is a paid launderette on site. It was difficult to get online (some sort of strange technical issue) but once you manage to get past that, the internet was brilliant (we were both working on Zoom at the same time with no issues at all).

Misadvertised. The ad is of the pictures of the only refurbished room on the property. The rest of the rooms have not been refurbished and are straight from the horrible 80s! (including very worn towels and bedding). The place smelt of sewage strongly at nights - we couldn't understand why, it seemed to be coming from outside, so we had to shut our windows and stay indoors in the evenings. All notices and all the written information is in Norwegian (I presume), no information even in Spanish, let alone English. There is a restaurant (menu only in Norwegian :) on site but it has very odd business hours and food is terrible. If this is how Scandinavia rolls, I really don't understand how they have managed to do so well :)
