Está bien ubicado, junto al Alcazar, con un parking cercano. La zona más céntrica también está bastante cercana. El lugar es un bajo que en su tiempo debió ser una zona de almacén o algo parecido, la puerta da a la calle directamente, es un lugar tranquilo.

Al ser un bajo con solo un ventanuco y la puerta de entrada tienes menos luz. Por otro lado la lavadora estaba cubierta con varios trastos por lo que parecía que no se podía usar, supongo que debería tener algún problema. Igual que la caldera que goteaba después de ducharse. La cama de 135 también puede hacerse pequeña para los que estamos acostumbrados a camas más anchas, pero dado el poco espacio en ancho no da para más, solo entra una mesita.
