This beautiful vacation home is within walking distance (5 minutes) of Johnson Beach in the Gulf Islands National Seashore and 2 other public beach accesses (4 minutes). Johnson Beach is a great place to spend the day sitting in your beach chair, fishing, hiking, biking, or kayaking with our 4 KAYAKS (FREE to use).
In the evening, relax on the house's 3 outdoor decks with an exceptional view of Heron's Walk, a nature reserve.
This is the perfect place for full-time beach living!
This home offers 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and 3 outdoor decks.
The main (2nd) level consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, and master suite.
The kitchen has new Stainless-Steel appliances, wood cabinets, and granite counters.
The living room makes a dramatic statement with a ceiling that spans from the second floor to the full height of the house and has an entire wall of windows/French door leading to the back balcony.
The master bedroom, laundry room, and half bath are also on this level and the Master bedroom has access to a private balcony via a multiple panel French door.
The top-level (3rd floor) has 2 spacious rooms and a full bathroom.
The front bedroom is perfect for kids as it is furnished with a twin-over-full-size bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath. The other bedroom functions as a second master with an attached bathroom and access to a large open deck off.
Parking and storage are not an issue with a 2-car garage, a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars and an enclosed area with a half bath under the home used for rinsing off after returning from the beach.

From the time we booked until even after we left Herve was the best host. Everything was cleaned, organized and furnished with everything we needed as soon as we arrived.
Walking distance to the beach and just around the corner from the best dinner restaurants and brunch joints in Perdido Key.
We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Herve was the best host that you could ask for. Despite our late check-in, he was available to answer our questions to ensure our visit was great. We enjoyed the gas grill and fully furnished kitchen. It's very nice and I highly recommend it.

Wow!! We had a wonderful stay. Easy access to beach, National park , and Orange Alabama.
Our accommodations were lovely, comfortable, and the frogs at night were an added bonus.
Kayaks were easy to access.
