The cosy and well-furnished holiday apartment “Ferienwohnung 1” is part of an organic farm with chickens and cattle, situated in Eriskirch, a little town close to Friedrichshafen and Lake Constance, and is a great location for relaxing holidays in this beautiful region. The 72 m² apartment on the first floor consists of a living-dining room with a pull-out bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a safe, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair. You can start the day with coffee and breakfast on the sunny balcony and also use the shared garden area with a little playground for children. You will find a supermarket after 750 m or a 10-minute walk, a bakery after a 6-minute walk (450 m), and a pharmacy is a 13-minute walk (1 km) from the apartment. You can reach a restaurant a 7-minute walk (550 m) away, and train station of Eriskirch is located 800 m or a 10-minute walk from the property. The nearest beach can be reached after a 20-minute walk (1.7 km), where you can swim in the clear blue water and enjoy the scenic views of the lake and the Swiss Alps. The pretty lakeside town of Friedrichshafen is only 6 minutes away by train, and invites you to stroll about the promenades and visit the Zeppelin museum. The island Lindau with its charming old town centre and narrows streets, is a 24-minute train ride from Eriskirch. From the ferry terminal in Meersburg, a 35-minute drive (30 km) away, you can cross the lake to Konstanz and visit the picturesque old town centre with centuries-old architecture and a famous cathedral. The Lake Constance region offers numerous great hiking and cycling routes through scenic landscapes and along the lakeshores. In winter, you can even go skiing near the charming Austrian town of Bregenz, a 31-minute drive (32 km) from Eriskirch.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
