Location
Room wasn't clean. Middle room bed was dirty. Room door wasn't opening when we reached so I went to the reception desk to be told that they don't handle the property and that it has a private owner. I told them that I booked this through booking.com and it this wasn't Vista Cay and they said yes but they don't handle some of the properties. So I would have to call. I could only have made a WhatsApp call as I'm from a Caribbean island and my phone wasn't on roaming to make a call. They told me to send an email. I did send an email and never got a reply
