Disappointing

The apartment was beautiful, location was good. Unfortunately without WiFi but the overall space was great. For a stay with kids I would not recommend it. There is a steep stairway before the front door , so from the parking to the front door .

A week before the arrival Stefania had sent me a WhatsApp message telling me that booking had made a mistake and that we should pay €100 extra , for 1 extra bedroom and extra linen. Checking my confirmation from booking , I had paid for an entire apartment with 2 bedrooms but stefania said we paid for just bedroom. We are a family of 4 so at the end we agreed I would bring an extra €50, while in my opinion she should have resolved it with booking . We arrived in the evening and went to dinner until late , then the next day we showered and had to leave again. My 2 year old had broken a car of the owners son, but we hadn’t noticed. He put it back in the garden when we told him to clean up / put away all toys. Ofcourse we would pay for any damage , but when we just left I received several messages from stefania telling me that we hid the broken toy on purpose. I think this is a very odd way of communication with guests. We even sent me links of Amazon where she had bought the toy. These people are not used to having guests and. We left €60 extra for our stay and paid for the broken car so in the end the very short stay had cost us €300. Would definitely not recommend them.
