The building has a dedicated parking spot and you re literally walking distance to everything in the heart of Gulf Shores. Unit 216 has a separate bedroom with a full-sized bed and TV. There s also a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room with a second TV, so you can sleep 4 comfortably. The unit does NOT have a kitchen, but does have a refrigerator, microwave, sink and coffee pot for your convenience. For a quick and easy getaway to the beach, this is the perfect spot. Drop off your bag, pack your cooler and stroll over to the beach for a day of sun, sand and surf. Then head out for a night on the town and know that there are a ton of great restaurants in any direction you decide to head.

I had a wonderful time with my husband. The location was convenient, as it was close to local restaurants, bars, and venues featuring live music. The accommodations provided all the amenities we needed for our stay. It was also a bonus that parking was included and that the property was situated near the beach and those aforementioned attractions.

Great condo with exactly what you need! Walking distance to the beach, close to all the good restaurants and shops. Highly recommend if it’s just you and your partner.

VERY OLD AND NEEDS UPGRADED OR CHARGE LESS. PARKING UNDER BUILDING WAS AWFUL. TOO MANY DRUNKS HANGING OUT TRYING TO START FIGHTS ALL NIGHT.
