Out on the patio, there is a grill for additional cooking options that you will want to be sure to use during your stay.

The master bedroom is roomy and comes with a king-size bed and a beautiful master bathroom. The bathroom has a large corner tub, a walk-in shower, and double sinks. Bedroom two has a queen bed with white furniture with lots of drawer space in the dresser and storage in the bed drawers too. Bedroom three has a lovely brass bed and drawer space as well. A large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is located just off the double-car garage.

My daughter, Tippy and I had the best time ever 17 min walk to grandkids. The pool was so great salt water loved it! Short walk to the pool and fun walks to park with dog. Everybody friendly around here! The house had everything we needed! Blender for morning smoothies and barbecue for dinners. Great experience and my daughter wanted to live there!

We really loved staying here! The home is spacious, super clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. This was exactly what we needed at the halfway point of our 35 day road trip. It great that it is dog friendly, just know that there is no private yard so you just have to keep your dog on a leash. No issue for us, but good to know if you are a dog owner. The location was perfect for our trips to Zion and Bryce and close enough to St. George to try out some of their very good dog friendly restaurants. We highly recommend this VRBO!

The house was comfortable and clean, but definitely set up as a rental and not a home. Had a heavy perfume smell when we checked in due to plug- in’s, and was missing key things like side tables in bedrooms and living room. Master bed was rock hard and bedding wasn’t comfortable. It was an ok place to stay and had the bare bones essentials.
