When you want a change of scenery, head over to Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier just over a mile away and you will be greeted by a plethora of restaurants, endless sand, and crashing waves. For a bit of amusement for the whole family, make your way to Wild Willy's Adventure Zone or Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park. Not to mention, a trip to the vibrant downtown Destin is also a quick six-mile drive down the coast. See beach attendant for the wonderful beach service exclusive to this condo!

Beach service (two chairs and one umbrella) is available from March 1st - October 31st.
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The location was great. Everyone loved the size of the condo and how convenient everything was to the spot. The condo itself was amazing and we would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time during our week there. Having the chair rental included made our time feel even more relaxing and stress free. The condo was as described.

Thank you for letting us stay in your condo with a beautiful view. As a person who has reached 60, I will have to say that this was not the place for me. The room with the twin beds, which I stayed in, had very high beds that were difficult to get in and out of because of the height. I am very agile, but not fond of literally climbing into and out of my bed. There is only 1 elevator, which is very slow. Our internet connection was sketchy, which didnt’t bother me but my sons were not happy with.
I also am not a big fan of having to enter a code to get into the pool area which has the beach access. You also have to enter a code to enter the beach access. We had second row seats at the beach, and weren’t assigned our 2 seats until 9:00a.m.
I have been coming to Ft Walton Beach for 30 years and this was my least favorite condo because of the beds, internet connection, elevator and all the code entering, not to mention the horrible zig zag pattern outside to navigate luggage etc to enter/exit condo once off the slow elevator…..all minus a cart because there were none.
Will not be using any Island Princess condo in the future
