Wie bereits von vielen beschrieben, war der Innenhof des Gebäudes sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind praktisch eingerichtet, das Badezimmer bietet ausreichend Platz. Die Familie, die das Haus auch bewohnt, ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück ist sogar für italienische Verhältnisse sehr bescheiden. Joghurt und Cerealien sind vorhanden, aber der abgepackte trockene Zwieback und die in Plastik verpackten süßen Croissants aus dem Supermarkt haben dann doch meine Erwartungen an ein brauchbares Frühstück nicht erfüllt. Vielleicht gäbe es in der Nähe eine Bäckerei, die diese Situation ein wenig verbessern könnte.
Parkmöglichkeiten (gegen Bezahlung) gibt es auf einem Platz ca. 300m, bevor man zur Torretta kommt. Das Ausladen des Gepäcks in der Einbahn direkt vor dem Haus ist manchmal möglich, doch muss man danach etwas mühsam zum legalen Parkplatz zurückfahren.

La posizione buona ma senza parcheggio.
Colazione pessima solo pochi prodotti commerciali confezionati. Il bagno con evidenti problemi di scarico dell'acqua.
