The hotel is clean and comfortable to stay and the staff are nice and friendly. My only regret when booking through Agoda is that it states that the hotel check-in time is 12 noon and check-out time is 12 noon the next day but the staff said I can only check in at 3pm. The next day the staff called to say I would be checking out at 11am so I was surprised because I expected to be out at 12 so I just added money to extend my stay at the hotel until 12pm. It's so sad that what was stated in the booking is not true.
