This was a great place for the 11 night stay we had in Buenos Aires. Our host was a wonderful communicator and responded promptly to our questions and was extremely helpful. Good value for money in a fabulous location. We walked a lot and discovered wonderful restaurants, cafes and bars in the area and the excellent Ser y Tiempo bar 5 minutes away has regular live jazz. Entry to the apartment is with a code so no risk of locking yourself out (as long as you remember the code)
The apartment is on a busy road so there is street noise during the day but it is reasonably quiet at night. You need a key to exit the building rather than a door release button, so we were not used to this but it seems to be common practice here.

Del departamento, lo cómodo y moderno.. disponía de lo necesario para cocinar y lavar la ropa sin necesidad de buscar lavandería. La ubicación es excelente por su seguridad y cercanía a bares y restaurantes. Eugenia fue muy cordial y clara, siempre estuvo disponible para consultas.
Por la ubicación en la Avenida, es un poco ruidosa pero nada que no impida el descanso.

Muito bem localizado, itens necessários, apartamento conforme a descrição. O anfitrião entrou em contato anterior e permitiu o check in antecipado, o que foi ótimo.

el espacio del depa es lo unico que puedo destacar
la localización, los utensilios de cocina deficientes (pocos platos, cubiertos viejos y con óxidos, la cama muy incomoda era muy vieja, sofá, TV antiguas. toallas, sábanas, el sistema de descarga del inodoro se averió
