We stayed here during nye after traveling around Bolivia and the team went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. They have a decently sized gym and spa, but what really stood out was the restaurant and restaurant staff. The food was way above average Bolivian standard, and the staff, especially Michael/Misael!!!! did an amazing job. Super charming & told us a bunch about Bolivian culture.
If I’d to critique something it would be the front desk service when ordering a car. We clearly stated we wanted a big/nicer car, we ended up waiting over 30 min and the one we got didn’t have seatbelts, the driver had to keep on whipping his windshield with a cloth…and on top it was DOUBLE the price of what a taxi through uber would have been. Sad to leave it off on a bitter note as you’d expect this high standard hotel to work with a high standard taxi service.
If we’ll be back in La Paz, we’d def consider staying here again.
