This captivating bungalow built in 1905 is located one block from downtown Spearfish. Enjoy all the amenities of home, while on vacation. This 2200 square foot home has 2 bedrooms with king beds, and a third sleeping area with a queen size memory foam pull out. One bathroom on upper level and another on the main level of the home. Open living and dining area. Main floor kitchen and laundry room. The spacious back yard is great for pets and kids to run and play safely while adults hang out on the deck around the fire pit and relax. If you want to go downtown and enjoy a night out, it is just a couple minutes walk from the home. The home has easy access to interstate 90 and scenic Spearfish canyon.

The house was very comfortable for us and had most everything we could have needed for our stay. We also enjoyed sitting on the back deck and on the front porch. It was so relaxing. The house is located close to downtown and within walking distance to an ice cream shop, coffee shop, and other local businesses.

Exceeded expectations. Location awesome, shower upgrades over the top, quality everything. Great fenced back yard, just heavenly. Master bed was very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked, communication great.
