A peaceful 160 m² house on 4,000 m² of land, in a quiet setting, is ideal for a relaxing vacation, near the Arcachon Basin (10–15 min), the ocean (25 min), and downtown Bordeaux (40 min),
It can accommodate up to 18 people: 14 in the main house and 4 additional guests in the outbuildings (on fold-out sofas).
The house is constantly undergoing renovations and improvements—nothing major or disruptive, just regular minor work. So don’t be surprised if some finishing touches aren’t quite complete yet,
The pool, barbecue, and plancha grill, among other amenities, are at your disposal,
