The well-equipped "Untergeschoss" holiday apartment is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Überlingen, just a short bike ride from the shores of Lake Constance. The 53 m² basement apartment features a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests (possibly including a child). Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a high chair. You can start your day with coffee and breakfast on your private open terrace.
The nearest supermarket and bakery are a 7-minute walk (500 m) away. The closest beach, Strandbad West—where you can swim in clear blue water and enjoy fantastic views—is just 6 minutes by car (2.3 km) or 7 minutes by bike. A well-maintained park with a deer enclosure, shady picnic area, and a pavilion with stunning views of the city, mountains, and lake is 21 minutes on foot (1.7 km) from the apartment. The charming old town of Überlingen, with beautiful architecture, lively promenades, a train station, and a thermal bath, is just 1.3 km or 14 minutes’ walk away. The Lake Constance region offers many scenic hiking and cycling trails through picturesque landscapes and along the lakeshore.

Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut ausgestattet, bequem. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Freizeit und Erholung an. Die Nachbarnorte sind mit der Bahn oder dem Bus gut zu erreichen. Die Therme in Überlingen sind zu empfehlen.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden gerne wieder kommen für einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub am Bodensee. Vielen Dank.
