You can interact with chickens, cattle, horses, and wildlife. Wi-Fi available. Long-term stays are welcome. Near Pousada Teto do Cafundó and Pedra de São Francisco (Pedra do Porquinho)
Guests can enjoy the entire property, including private waterfalls. Total privacy. Our electrical voltage is 220 volts.

The property is located on the Rio Manso road, 13th side street, up the road past the Teto do Cafundo Inn, and just before the São Francisco rock (known as Pedra do Porquinho) and the Sapucaí water bottling plant. We provide bedding, pillows, and towels for up to 4 guests; if you need more, please let us know in advance—an additional fee of R$30.00 per person will apply.
We have a fondue pot, as well as a wood-burning stove and oven. We can provide the contact information for someone who supplies firewood.
Quiet neighborhood with local attractions, the Sapucaí bottled water and draft beer facility, a panoramic view of Pedra do Porquinho, and Pousada Teto do Cafundo. Wonderful for hiking with magnificent scenery and surrounded by nature. We have Wi-Fi; a usage fee of 150.00 will be charged. If you need to renew your data allowance, the 150.00 fee will be charged again with each request. Satellite internet, speed 10 Mbps. In the neighborhood, there’s a small grocery store, a restaurant, and an artisanal craft beer brewery.
