Villa Waldschloss 02 - a quiet location with an open-concept design

This three-room apartment has been lovingly and individually furnished to be both comfortable and in keeping with the historic character of the building. It is located on the first floor of the building and stands out for its quiet location and the open layout of the loggia with its adjoining terrace. The spacious living area features a cozy sitting area, a built-in, fully equipped kitchenette, and a dining table. The large, light-filled veranda invites you to linger and relax. The terrace is lovingly landscaped and is not visible from the outside in the summer, so you can perfectly wind down the day here with a glass of wine. The bedroom features a double bed and a large wardrobe. The windows can be blacked out. The bathroom, which is flooded with natural light, is equipped with a walk-in shower. A flat-screen TV, DVD and CD players, a hi-fi system, Wi-Fi, and a parking space are also included in the apartment’s amenities.
