About this house rental
With the pool and the beach just steps from the villa, prepare for a relaxing vacation for a family or various couples vacationing together. Enjoy four bedrooms two with full size beds two with queen size beds and walk-in glass showers. The two downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom and the two bedrooms upstairs have their own private bathrooms. The living room has a comfortable sofa with a TV cable and internet is provided. The pool and BBQ area is located within steps to the villa. Stay here!

All the people there were just so friendly. Bedrooms spacious with comfortable beds, living room small seats 4 comfortably. Kitchen table is bar style, chairs normal size so table useless. Says we have access to another pool and gym which we found out is in cocoa beach 10.00 taxi ride there and 10.00 back but privilege was taken away by the board members. So it is no longer available. We enjoyed our stay but ad should be updated. Still would recommend.

Far enough away from coco to escape the busy tourism. Much cleaner beach than coco. Felt very safe the entire stay. You will want some form of transportation; we had a motorcycle and golf cart for 5 people. Don't plan on using the swimming pool after 8pm.
