Villa Seestern 05 - cozy sitting area with TV and fireplace

On the second floor of the building, you’ll find a high-quality, well-furnished apartment designed with a strong emphasis on comfort and amenities. The open-concept living area features a comfortable seating area with a TV and fireplace, as well as a dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette. A dishwasher, microwave, oven, and small appliances are provided. A balcony with a view of the greenery is accessible from the living room. The separate bedroom is equipped with a large closet and a second TV. From here, you can catch a glimpse of the ocean between the houses across the promenade. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower.
The apartment is directly accessible via the building’s entrance door by elevator. Wi-Fi is available free of charge, and you can park your car directly in the assigned parking space next to the building.
In the building’s basement, you can use a sauna, as well as a washer and dryer, for a fee. The apartment is particularly family-friendly thanks to the high chair already provided, as well as the travel crib (which includes a mattress but no linens). You can use both free of charge during your stay.
