Besonders gut war die zentrale Lage der FeWo. Die Ausstattung war modern und ausreichend Platz für 3 Personen vorhanden.
Etwas ungünstig war die Parksituation aber dies ließ sich schnell unter den Mietern klären.
Kleinere Missstände wurden umgehend und anstandslos behoben.
Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gerne wieder.
