So, you want the "best" location in the Meridian/Boise area... you got it! This NEW VACATION RENTAL is the one and it is beautiful!!! it is Located in an upscale, neighborhood with other half million dollar plus, executive homes surrounding it. Across the street is Kleiner Park where you will enjoy walking paths, fountains and many events; which all leads you to "The beautiful "Meridian Village Shopping Center"; where you will be awed by the number of fine dining and casual restaurants, a movie theatre, bowling alley, ice skating rink, events and a multitude of shops. The water fountains and many water features at "The Village" are set to music, all designed by the creator of the Bellagio fountains in Vegas. In the winter, there are large fire pits with outdoor furniture, the fountains still run, an ice skating rink, Christmas Village and many, various events. You can then stroll home again through the magnificant Kleiner Park. You won't need a car unless you want one to explore the other activities and sites in the Boise/Meridian area. We had a nice stay overall and really appreciated the space—it was clean, comfortable, and worked great for our group. The property itself is lovely and has a lot of potential for a wonderful experience.There were just a few small things that could be improved. The number of house rules felt a bit overwhelming at times, and a few of the amenities could use some attention. The kitchen utensils and pans were a bit worn, which made cooking a little challenging. We also noticed the little faucet next to the sink wasn’t working, the ice maker on the fridge wasn’t functioning, and the bathroom soap was quite diluted.These weren’t major issues, but addressing these would make the stay even better for future guests. Overall, we enjoyed our time and appreciate the opportunity to stay here.

This property is gorgeous and so well decorated. Beds are incredibly comfortable. The location and access to the park is amazing! With the nightly rate, I'd have loved to have the grass cut prior to our stay ( it was 12"+ long. ) Windows and tracks hadn't been washed in ages ( some windows wouldn't open.) The back and front patios were filthy. Took me multiple tries to clean the patio table. There were no baking pans and the hosts were stingy with tide pods and coffee. I had to buy some large bowls and baking pans during our stay. Even with the minor inconveniences, this was an ideal property for our family. So comfortable, quiet and close to everything!
