Everything was OK and according to the expectations. Villa is exactly on the sea border , the view is very nice . Location is situated at 10 min walk to the beach with sunbeds ( free of charge ) and sands. Sea is very clean there , no rocks. On same area can find minimarkets , taverns, etc. It is a very nice , peacefull place to stay

A great place to stay in Volos.

One of the best accommodations in the Volos area, at least in my opinion. The host was very helpful and and in contact with us during the whole stay. The house is clean and roomy. It is situated in a quiet area. It has several bedrooms, air-conditioning all around, two terraces, one bathroom and one more toilet. I highly recommend this accommodation, you won't regret it. I for one will stay here if I ever go to Volos again.

Very good

It was a 3-storey fully furnished villa meticulously overdecorated even for the minor needs of the guests. It was the second house in the street cutting the seaside room. In each room, there was aircondition, TV. Not only Mosquito repellent device were available, but also tablets in each room. Some refreshment and cookies were available in the kitchen as complimentary. In the bathroom, there was also a washing machine with its detergent powder. It is very close to the beach and to the town. We were allowed a late check-in at 18:00. The environment is without noise and the house can host a large family with three rooms in the first floor, a large living room in the ground floor, a toilette and a bathroom. In the second floor, there is a large veranda. Worth to note that the homeowner delivered in person the key and we were asked to leave the key inside and closed the door when leaving.

The hottub (bathtub) was completely open without any shield around and the showerhose and head did not have any holder on the wall. So, taking bath was difficult and it was indispensable that some water went out of the tub and the bathroom got wet after every shower. After seeing the washing machine, I'd expect a dishwasher in the kitchen as the first one was a surprise and raised the expectations. We were said that the villa was waterfront with a direct seaview, but it was not. Another negative point to remember not for the house, but for a 500 m away organized beach called Bohemia. It is opening at 10:00 and the first day we went at 10:30 and there was not any available lounger. For the second day morning, we reserved the loungers and said that we would come at 11:00. The next day, we went at 11:30 and learned that the bookings were being cancelled at 10:30. Nobody told us such a thing. Bohemia would be right if its staff had explicitly talked about its booking rules. I disliked their customer treatment and wouldn't advise to go there. There are a lot of alternative sandy beaches around.

The house is in a complex of houses and it is not among the first so there is no view and it has no air condition which is very difficult during summer as it is very hot!
