Casa grande, comércio próximo, preço atrativo, geladeira nova, microondas, utensílios de cozinha, quase nenhum pernilongo/mosquito, rua sem saída portanto sem movimento. Check in e check out bem tranquilo.
Necessário manutenção nos banheiros. Casa quente com ventiladores. No centro, portanto, precisa ir de carro para praias boas. Colchões bastante usados.

Localização, amplo espaço, garagem, utensílios necessários, Wi-Fi, TV Smart, dois banheiros.
Protetores da cama é de plástico e faz muito barulho e a roupa de cama precisa de lavagem pq está com cheiro de mofo.
