Beautiful, clean hotel but please fix the flashing smoke detector light

Staff was excellent, breakfast was great. The hotel was very clean and easy to get to. We didn't use the pool or gym, but both looked clean and organized.

For some reason, there is a smoke detector in the room that flashes a bright white light every seven seconds. I know that because I counted it all night long. I asked at the desk and they said it's a light to let you know it's working. It's an absolute nightmare to try to sleep under.

The staff was so kind and helped us so much.

Very minimal issue but the kitchen and bathroom has some dirty spots that gave away it hadn't't been cleaned. Food dried on the microwave handle, a bottle tab on the counter, and dark spots in the shower.

Breakfast was good. Staff was accommodating.

THE POOL WAS BROKEN! Of all the places I could have stayed, I made sure to pick one with a pool. Hilton said "Booking.com should have reported it on it's web page." Also, Booking.com listed my reservation incorrectly. I had to wait an hour in the lobby while my reservation was found. For the price, I would have liked fresh dry towels and bed made each day. It's not a hostel, it's a hotel.

Getting cheated on price. We booked a king room at room rate of $164 on Bookings.com but we’re given a queen, advertised at $159. It took 20 minutes to find the night clerk, who said it was the only available room and all rooms were the same price and she couldn’t help. I spoke with the manager in the morning, who said actually we would only be billed $157.76 total, based on room rate of $140. But we were billed $183.68. I have disputed the difference with Bookings.com and with my credit card, a huge hassle.

The room smelled clean, the entire hotel was very nice.

There were 6 bath towels in the room but not enough wash cloths for the towels. The pool was very cold water, took our breath away.

Roomy, clean but thin walls - couid hear noisy neighbors till 1AM.

Good value and quite clean

A decent breakfast but not a huge variety It was noisy, felt like the walls were thin. We had rude neighbors near us and above us that we could hear till 1AM. Didn’t seem the hotel valued quiet hours - no signs asking guests to respect the sleeping hours. Had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed rather than it being in the room like most hotels. The beds are weren’t super comfortable either - a little hard. But the staff was courteous when I went to get the bedding.

Horrible. Very sad experience and left us wishing we had stayed somewhere else.

We had stayed here prior (the year before) and had a very nice experience. This time, everything was horrible. Not even sure we will ever consider staying here again.

The day we checked in, everything seemed like it was going to be ok. We went out to eat and when we got back, the toilet in our room no longer flushed. We had to go down to the lobby area to use those facilities. My mom was in a wheelchair so this was very inconvenient. While my wife was with her, the front desk attendant came up and tried to fix the toilet but to no avail. We had already unpacked and got settled into the room but the only option was to stay overnight and NOT have access to the bathroom and "hope" that the maintenance person would fix it the next day or move rooms. Come to find out that there were only 3 rooms left available. None of which had two beds which is what we had requested as it was myself, my wife and my elderly mother. So reluctantly, we took the King bed room and I slept on the couch the whole time. Moving to the other room was an ordeal as well since we had unpacked. I had to carry everything down the hall (to the VERY LAST ROOM) making several trips. I think I got an "I'm sorry" from the front desk attendant but that was all they said or did. We were told that we could move back into a double queen when one became available...but that was not really an option after all that. I did mention this issue to 2 other staff members. One didnt reply, and the other was when I checked out and said, "Sorry about that, Have a nice day" The breakfast lacked ALOT!! For one, everything seemed too always be cold. That was when there was enough food to be had by all the guests. On top of that, the front desk person seemed to always be eating during the breakfast rush and when there doesn't seem to be enough food (or good food) I truly feel that the employees should not be standing around eating in front of the guests. And there needs to be more luggage carts. Had a late check out...but still had to give up waiting on one since there are only 2 for every guest room in the hotel.

The facility was nice.

After I checked in, I was sent to the wrong room and my family of four and I were struggling getting in and a woman answered and said it was her room. This was in the 3rd floor. I called down to the front desk to a girl who seemed mentally unable to focus into me. Literally she was having conversations with like four people. It was super annoying, so I call from the phone by the elevators. She says, oh no, there should’ve anyone there. I was at a new level of frustration. She promised to come up with hers to our new room which wax one level up. But first age needs to have a cig break outside the property.

Superb

Very clean! The staff are very nice & polite. Breakfast is probably the best I've had at any hotel. The room we got was my favorite, though. We have a family of 5, and we fit comfortably in our room. (2 queen beds & a pull out sofa)

Nothing that I didn't really like. I just wish there were already bed lenins in the room for the sofa couch, so I wouldn't have had to go back to the desk to ask for them.
