We didn't get our room in this hotel. 1h before arrival they have called and informed us that our room is not available (apparently something broke in the bathroom), so they offered us to refund our money back or find alternate accommodation. As it was 9 pm already we took second option. 1 from 3 offered accommodations - Villa Ruza s bazenem, which was nice and quiet, good parking and clean swimming pool.

Really don't recommend - uncomfortable bed, no cleaning, old room

Everything: Property, location, especially the uncomfortable room & bed. Never cleaned in 4 nights, old towels

Review of our stay (studio apartment)

-It was clean.

Our apartment (studio) or stay had a lot of cons: -The apartment is not in the location as showed on booking (its further away). -Apartment description on booking says that this apartments features balcony, but there was no balcony. Terrace is public, but the staff explained that you have you own terrace. There was no oven also but in description it says it is. -The staff wanted an invoice from us insted I shoud get invoice from them, logically. Not good first impression. -The apartment had realy old furniture with bed with buttons springs (probably 40 years old bed). -There was a window behind bed which on other side there was clothes drying rack which everyone can use, in that case you dont have any privacy because everyone can look trough the window inside. -WIFI not useful, you better have enough mobile data for roaming. -Lack of Cutlery and no broom. -Bad smell from pipes in shower cabin. -The staff was sensitive, because the air conditioning was on when we went on the beach or in the store one time. Vodice cons: -The beaches in Vodice are not good in my opinion. Crowdy and the watter is not quite clean as you wold expect from the word “Vodice”. (In my opinion, for someon else it can be good). I have been on much much better beaches in the cities which are less known as Vodice city. Conclusion: -Do not recomend for young couples, because apartment and location was bad. The thing that attracts is a nice facade and nice pictures. There are better apartments out there with better value for money and better location.

Exceptional

I can only and only recommend the apartment house Pranjic. The hosts were very nice and tried to find out every day if everything was okay and if we didn't need anything and communication was smooth, hosts prefer german language. The rooms and the whole apartment house were clean, disinfection was available. The pool was fantastic and cleaned every day, there was also a shower by the pool and a pleasant gazebo. The sea is about 10 minutes from the apartment and the market and bakery shop 7 minutes. I can only recommend accommodation and I believe that I will return someday. I was with family members who like cleanliness and prefer a pool like the sea and they were very happy.

Dla jednej spokojnej rodziny, wykluczony dla kilku rodzin

Basen i grill wraz z otoczeniem ( wiata, stoły leżaki itd). Codzienne sprzątanie basenu i otoczenia.

Ciągłe przesiadywanie właściciela i patrzenie na nasz każdy ruch ... zero kontaktu po angielsku, jedyny kontakt po niemiecku. Pewnego dnia po zjedzeniu potraw z grilla wszyscy weszliśmy do basenu, zostawiając jeszcze nasze grilowane potrawy na stole, właściciel wpadł w szał i zaczął drzeć japę na nas, żebyśmy posprzątali, doszło do nieprzyjemnej wymiany zdań... na drugi dzień chciał się zreflektować i uraczył Nas rakiją, miłe, choć niesmak pozostał.

Tragiczny godpodarz

Gospodarz psuł całe wakacje

Najgorszy pobyt w życiu – absolutnie odradzamy! Nie spodziewaliśmy się, że wakacje mogą zamienić się w koszmar. Klimatyzacja w pokojach była stara, brudna i zagrzybiona – aż baliśmy się jej włączać. Ale to i tak nic w porównaniu z zachowaniem starszego pana właściciela. To człowiek o skrajnie wybuchowym temperamencie – prawdziwy choleryk. Reagował krzykiem na najmniejsze drobiazgi i potrafił zepsuć każdą chwilę wypoczynku. Skakanie do basenu było zakazane (rozumiemy to), ale zamiast powiedzieć to spokojnie, darł się tak, że dzieci były przerażone. Kiedy zostawiły hulajnogi w miejscu, które mu nie pasowało, chwycił je i rzucał z ostentacją. Po tym, jak zwróciliśmy mu uwagę, zaczął grozić policją. O 23 chodził po obiekcie, gasił światła w częściach wspólnych i nakazywał wszystkim natychmiast iść spać. Co najgorsze – podczas naszej nieobecności wchodził do pokojów bez zgody. Dzieci panicznie się go bały – na jego widok uciekały. Nasz wypoczynek zamienił się w ciągły stres i patrzenie za ramię. Pod koniec pobytu przyjechał jego syn, który próbował coś naprawić, ale było już za późno. Jeśli jedziecie z dziećmi i liczycie na relaks – omijajcie to miejsce szerokim łukiem. Właściciel nie jest przygotowany na przyjmowanie rodzin i swoim zachowaniem potrafi zniszczyć każdy urlop.

Basen oraz grill był zgodny z oczekiwaniami. Obiekt jak dla nas za duży ciągle nowe twarze wolę mniejsze domy.

Brak suszarki na ubrania po kąpieli w basenie i morzu niemam gdzie wysuszyć ręczników i strojów.

Alojamiento desepcionante

La ubicación está bien y tiene sitio para aparcar.

El estudio tiene muebles e instalaciones viejas. Un colchón incómodo, mesa y sillas viejas, cocina antigua con pocos utensilios. El baño con un termo de agua caliente pequeño. La limpieza era demasiado justa, muchos rincones con polvo. Está en la planta baja y se escucha todo. La piscina está siempre llena de mucha gente. Cuando hicimos el checkin tuvimos que esperar un buen rato hasta que la propietaria nos atendió y nos dio las llaves. Realmente no es un estudio para pasar tiempo allí, nos fuimos después de pasar la primera noche. No era para nada lo que esperábamos y nos fuimos después de la primera noche. No es nada acogedor.
