The place was extra clean! I was travelling with kids so this was very important to me, and everything including toilet, shower, bedsheets, kitchenware, fridge, linen, was fresh and clean! We requested a baby cot that was ready prior to our arrival, despite the fact that we announced our arrival three hours prior to check in. Hosts were easy to reach and welcoming. Distance from the beach is some 50m.
The apartment is next to Gradac stairs, and features a set of stairs before entering the double room. I didn't see this information anywhere in the description, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone using a stroller or a wheelchair.
