Central Fresh apartment

This apartment is in a really great area and in easy walking distance from the main station and the local car hire company. The Apartment is cozy and has everything you need. Everything is newly furnished inside with a large TV and working internet. Only the neighbours use the lane that this Apartment is in, so it is very quiet and safe. The owner goes out of his way to ensure the comfort of his guests. I only arrived at 3am, because of the border block coming in from Slovenia. He patiently waited for me until 2am (he even offered to fetch me from the main station at that hour, as I was arriving with 2 small children). He left good instructions for me via Whatsapp on how to find the apartment and access the room. He also answered my phone-call at 3am when I arrived, as I had extra questions. It was a great personal touch to the start of my holiday. Thank you!!

The appartment is in a basement, so it was cool even in summer. It is very close to the railway station, the central bus station and the port. Grocery shops are nearby, one of them even opened non-stop, i.e. 0-24.

The building is not very nice, a quite typical old appartment building of Rijeka. The access street is narrow for cars and also with stairs.
