This property was spotless when we arrived and exactly as described. The host was very easy to reach and provided plenty of helpful information for both arrival and departure. The balcony overlooks the Gulf, and we loved spending time out there listening to the waves and taking in the view. This condo is beautiful with easy walk‑out access to a gorgeous beach. The location is fantastic — close to great restaurants, Pier Park, and even a candy/ice cream shop across the street. Despite being so convenient, the area around the condo was quiet, with very little traffic, and the building had a lot of families staying there, which made it feel relaxed and welcoming. There were plenty of beach toys and towels for the kids, which was a great bonus. We brought our own chairs and canopy, but the condo had everything else we needed. One of the three elevators was out of service on check‑in day, so the wait was longer with everyone arriving at once, but after that first Saturday we never had any issues getting up or down.I would absolutely book this condo again. Thank you, Jason, for letting us rent your condo for the week!

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. It was well equipped and we had everything we needed for the week. We loved the beach chair and beach toys available! The only issue we had was that the elevators were terribly slow. One of the elevators was broken the entire week, so it made the wait times incredibly long. Overall, the condo was wonderful, the owner was very helpful and communicated well. We had an amazing week at The Celadon Resort.
