Spacious modern villa in the urbanisation of Sierra Cortina/Golf Bahia, 4.5km from Benidorm. Selected as one of CANDIDATE HOUSES in Costa Blanca in 2016 by a TV programme on Channel 4 which presents real estate architecture by the Mediterranean Sea. This villa is decorated and furnished with tastes and high standards. 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms for 6 people, big living room with fireplace. All is air-conditioned.

Overlooking the skyline of Benidorm and the Mediterranean sea. It has more than 180° sea view and 360° panoramic sea and mountain views. You have this fantastic view wherever you are in the villa: on the terraces (open and covered), in the living room or just in your bedroom.

All facilities: free Wifi (HIGH-speed), Chromecast, satellite, HD 3D SMART TV with all commercial English channels, such as BBC 1, BBC 2, Channel 4, Channel 4+1, etc., German channels , Sony playstation 3, air-conditioning, fully-equipped big kitchen, jet-bathtub, shower, etc.

The most popular golf courses in the north Costa Blanca--- --- two 18-hole Villaitana golf courses, one designed by Jack Nicklaus, and the 9-hole Puig Campagna golf course which has a bar-restaurant with a terrace with fantastic sea views are all located within a 5 minute drive from the villa. The Terra Mitica theme park is 2 kilometers from the villa.

This villa is located in the quietness but close to everything. 4 kilometres from Benidorm beaches and 2 kilometres from Finestrat beach. A roughly 20 - minute walk or €7 taxi ride to the large shopping complex of Finestrat, which has ALL supermarkets, retail shops, Media Market, Marina shopping centre, bars, restaurants, fast food chains, etc. The stop of Bus n°3 which goes along the whole coast is 600 m from the villa during the opening period of the Terra Mitica theme park.

The Villa was clean and well set up. Although the pool hadn’t been cleaned for our arrival it was sorted and the pool man was there the next morning to clean it. We had car and would recommend that you do have one for when you stay here. There are buses and taxi that can take you down in to Benidorm but did find on occasions long wait time for the taxi to take us anywhere. The Villa was clean and well stocked for cooking onsite. WiFi was excellent allowing us to stream UK TV when we needed. Supermarkets are just a 5 min drive away to stoke up on provisions. We also had lunch down there at one of the cafes. Thank you for providing us with a lovely stay.

This house, located in a planned vacation community, is in a fine location for those looking to enjoy the pleasures of the Costa Blanca area. It is beautiful and has fine views. However, there are a number of issues that really detract from the overall experience. The site location is such that the best-view areas are constantly in the sun. We were there at a time when it was not too hot, and even then, it was not comfortable to be out. There is no good shade. Further, the main living area has very little comfortable lounge seating. The house accommodates 6. It would be very difficult if you had six adults looking to have a relaxed evening conversation inside, at least by the relaxation standards I want for guests. That brings us to the upstairs bathroom and the lack of privacy. A sink area with two sinks is open to the hallway.n The toilet and shower are closed off by a glazed glass wall and door that are translucent. I have come across this 'form of privacy' occasionally in the past, so obviously, there are people who feel it is a nice architectural touch. I hate it. It was bad enough having to deal with this with my two teenage grandchildren. If I were bringing friends to Europe, as I sometimes do, I would have been terribly embarrassed. Phillipe and his local person are great communicators who make you feel welcome. But the lack of clarity about this in the listing is a major flaw. I would not have rented this property if I had known that was a major feature.

The house stands out a mile! It’s beautiful, everything down to the pool guy! The outside area is massive!!!! The pool is fantastic and so pretty when the sun is shining with the colourful flowers in the back ground! The views are stunning and the view from the terrace in the main bedroom is the best Iv seen! The house is well equipped and the tv was great. We will be returning very soon!! The owner is just lovely

Had fab stay with Family, the pool and outside areas was perfect had couple of bbq that's was lovely treat. Location is a bit out of way from shops bars etc luckily we hired cars which helped but overall was an excellent stay thanks Phillippe

View and pool excellent but lacked shade, but understandable given the construction of the pool area. Property, though airconditioned, struggled in the heat and the airconditioning in the downstairs bedroom was hopeless and noisy. Arrived to find there were no towels for the loungers which was rather strange. Kitchen needs serving dishes,trays and containers only 3 mugs between 6 people. Kitchen layout poor and the marble worksurfaces have warnings about placing items on them as they stain yet there was only one preparation board. While the villa owners did suggest a rental car was needed the villa is a long way from shops and restaurants so we used taxis which were reliable but could not accommodate the whole party so we had to order two at a time. The villa is located in Finestrat so some taxis were unlicenced for Benidorm and vice versa so bear this in mind as it makes taxi arrangements more awkward. Generally the villa did what it said on the tin and served us well for the 10 days we were there. Generally the villa worked well for us, though with the addition of a few low cost additions as mentioned the experience would be improved. The villa is fairly isolated and if a rental car is not used then the taxi bill will be quite high.

We had a really lovely stay at the villa. It’s within easy driving distance of Benidorm, Altea and Villajoyosa so lots of options for eating out in the evenings. The shopping centre a few minutes drive away is great to have so close and you’re spoiled for choice of supermarkets and shops. You do need a car as amenities aren’t within walking distance and the surrounding area is quite hilly - but that does mean you get fantastic views of the sea and the mountains in the other direction. The awning provided a lovely shaded area for eating and relaxing by the pool and plenty of sun beds as well. Mirrors in the bedrooms would be a good addition - as two couples were sharing the upstairs bathroom the mirror for getting ready for a bit congested. Would definitely recommend this villa to others staying in the area.

We had the pleasure of staying at this Luxury, Modern Villa for two weeks at the end of September. The villa exceeded our expectations and more. The pictures don't quite show, just how spacious and stunning it all is. It has a picturesque 360' view of the sea and mountains, which can be seen from every window and door around the property. The pool was lovely and looked great in the evening all lit up, along with the Benidorm skyline all lit up in the background. There was plenty of comfortable seating inside and out to relax and enjoy the Spanish sunshine. We were very lucky with the weather, having 27*-33* in the day and 23*-26* each night, so perfect setting for all the beautiful surroundings. We chose not to hire a car and relied on public transport and walking. We walked down the hill to La Marinas shopping centre, where you'll find all the high st fashion shops such as C&A, Zara etc. Food outlets incl Burger King, Italian, American and plenty of Tapas! We also found our bargain shop Dealz (poundland) lol. It was from this area between Lidl next door and Carrefour where we caught buses into Benidorm Town, for more shops, bars and restaurants. So much variety to choose from for all tastes. The service and food was particularly good at our favourite Irish bar "The Bodhran" very relaxed, friendly, fair priced, Sunday roast was lovely and had sky sports on, plus nightly entertainment from 9pm. We enjoyed a Fantastic Pink Floyd tribute band in the The White Lion too and will be going to see them next May in Liverpool at the cavern. Bus No.s 2 and 3 are every 10 mins or so from Carrefour and just 1.50 euros single trip to Benidorm or anywhere from start point to end point of that bus route. We caught taxi's up the hill to the villa as it was bit steep for walking, but only cost us 6.20-7 euros each time and between 3 of us was good. The Natura Zoo is a must. This Amazing place is well worth a visit. We took a train from La Marinas shopping centre into Alicante, which is a beautiful place with a stunning harbour, and beach with great views. The palm tree strip with the wavy tiled floor was great, with market stalls along. The toadstool street was especially a great walk and sight to see, so look out for that. We had great communication with Philippe if needed. Thankyou to Kay and her husband for helping us with airport transfers. A Fantastic holiday was had by all, Thankyou Philippe, Kay etc.. My family and I have a wonderful holiday in this lovely modern villa, the area it's located in is beautiful, mountain views, sea views plus city views over benidorm Is breathtaking. the villas pictures don't do this villas justice everything how it is in the pictures but better, didn't expect the outside space to be as big as it is I would recommend this villa to anyone who loves Benidorm but also it's perfect to exploring all of the Alicante region. Taxi fare to Benidorm square was a reasonable 15-17 euro if your looking a night out, for shopping there is a commercial centre with everything in it even a Poundland which my wife was in love, on the roof there is a good amusements park with all different rides and a playplace my 3 year old loved it, it's just over a mile away it was 5-7 euros for a taxi fare, having a car at this villa would be handy but we didn't mind walking and getting taxis as I don't like to drive on holiday, la Cala beach is a couple of miles away and is beautiful it's less busy than Benidorm beaches def worth a visit. Unfortunately during our stay there was a bad storm but the owners done everything they could to help us out, the owner is a nice man great communication we were even allowed to have an early check in and late check out at no extra cost as it suited both owners and key holder, the key holder was excellent she even gave us a lift back to the airport for a good price so thanks again to Phillippe and Kay for making our holiday amazing

It is situated reasonably close to shops and amenities. We had our own rented car so the location was very convenient. It might be different if you are dependent on public transport. We had a lovely stay in June at the villa, everything was spot on. The villa is very nice inside and out, the pool was excellent and there's toys, lilos etc in the garage if you have children. The surrounding area was so peaceful and the views are amazing. We booked the villa as we stayed in Benidorm old town last year and loved it so much we wanted to take our girls back but we didnt actually leave the villa much!! we just chilled by the pool in the day and utilised the bbq at night. We just had a lovely relaxing time. The supermarkets are just 3 minutes down the road with a car and theres lots of choice (carrefour, lidl, and Mercadona) theres shops, macdonalds kfc etc there also. You could easily walk there but the walk back would be all up hill. We would definatly like to go back and recommend to our friends. A perfect home from home.

An absolutely beautiful villa set in a very tranquil part of the area, stunning views both day and night. The villa is equipped with everything you could need, from pots and pans, dishwasher, TV, etc. The villa is a home from home albeit with the added sun and swimming pool Just a 20 minute walk (or €7 taxi ride) to large shopping complex, which had supermarkets, retail shopping, cinema, bowling, crazy golf and selection of restaurants and fast food chains. Would return again for another amazing holiday

Key holders were easy to contact and very helpful, even arranged to pick us up from the airport for a reasonable price. The villa was modern and had most of what was needed for the holiday but the pool in May was VERY cold. Very strange not to have a door on the shared upstairs bathroom. I rented this villa for myself and two other 'older' ladies and believed from the description that the villa was on a golfing complex with hopefully, a bar and restaurant on the site. In reality the villa is at the far end of an open housing estate called "Golf Bahia" and nothing was close at all. Without a car (and we did not want to hire a car and have to drive abroad) it meant having to arrange and pay for taxis all the time. I was also a little disappointed that we were not supplied with clean linen or towels over the whole 14night stay. Be careful at the bottom of internal stairs, the last step seems to blend in with the hall tiles and one of my friends actually fell badly on our first evening there. It may be better now but the surface of the pool was always dirty, I think it needs flaps where the water flows out to stop the dust/flies/flowers from flowing back out into the pool I saw no mention of taking a deposit until after it was taken although this was refunded in full not long after our return.

I have to say the villa is beautiful ! It's just how it looks and is described in the advert which is not always the case I have found with others from previous experience. The kitchen and living area are both spacious and have everything in them that you require. Dishwasher and washer were very handy ! Kids loved the PlayStation (though you do have to take your own games and second controller if required) and the air con was very welcome when we went in July ! Bedrooms were fine and it has a lovely balcony area you can sit in next to the bedroom upstairs and look out onto the marvelous views ! The pool was awesome and a lovely way to cool down while sun bathing. There was loads of inflatables and toys for the pool in the garage which was good for the kids (and adults). BBQ was great, in fact we used it nearly every night ! Kay and Fernando (key holders) are a lovely couple who met us to show us what was what and were there if we needed them at any point during the stay. The only thing we struggled with was trying to work out when and what buses went into Benidorm as there was six of us and taking two taxi's would have cost a small fortune. If you hire a car then problem solved but if not there is a number 3 bus you can catch from half way down the hill (first roundabout) that takes you straight into the center of Benidorm. The villa is in a lovely quite spot and it is a joy to relax there around the pool. ! I would definitely recommend this villa to family and friends, and we will be hopefully returning next year ! Spacious villa, open plan downstairs, although the upstairs bedrooms were a little cramped, (this because half of upstairs is closed off for owners personal use) but did have lovely views from the rooms, place was really clean. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay an enjoyable one, even down to a little sewing kit in case of that little dress emergency. Very close to all amenities although we hired a car and wandered further into Benidorm. Spacious exterior with well cared for grounds. Pool was very cold but not unexpected given the time of year, we did make use of it despite this. There was also a selection of small toys in the garage which our toddler made good use of, maybe a small suggestion would be a couple of board games being supplied, we took our own, and one evening when the weather was bad, enjoyed them. Kay, the local key holder was very curteous and polite and a pleasure to deal with, the owners even emailed us a couple of days into the holiday to check all was okay.....We would definitely recommend this villa and will be visiting again sometime. Well worth the money.......

A really comfortable and well fitted Villa with everything necessary for a relaxing stay. The views are fantastic and there are some good walks to the mountains immediately behind the property. Benidorm and the coast is a short drive or taxi and the main Carefour supermarket and shopping centre is also very handy. Would recommend to anyone who wants to explore the Benidorm area whilst avoiding the built up centre.

We have just got back from a fabulous holiday here. The villa is beautiful, the views are spectacular and the decor is of a high standard. It is spacious with plenty of room for the 5 of us. The sun shone on the pool all day and you can swim, sunbathe or relax with a drink. It is gated so is very secure. There are lots of English channels but we just had MTV music on which we would hear outside. Another lounger would have been nice as there were 5 of us but that wasn't a big problem. The shower had jets on it and the bath had a jacuzzi which was lovely to relax in. We got a taxi down to Benidorm most nights which you need to get a taxi for. It cost between 15 to 17 euros and because there were 5 of us we needed to get 2 taxis (so double the cost) as 4 is the maximum they would take. Still a bargain but make sure your mobile is set up so you can make calls if you need to phone one. You can't walk down as it would take too long. The dishwasher saved s lit if time and the washing machine was really handy. My sister washed all her clothes before we left! We stocked up on food and drinks at the supermarket. It is massive and so so cheap! We all had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend it if you don't want to be in Benidorm itself. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful villa. X

Choosing this villa was definitely the best choice we have made in a long time. We could not fault the whole experience we had. The villa was clean tidy and very spacious, it is located in a very good area close to the supermarket and shops which are about 5 mins away by car, and Benidorm about 10 to 15 mins by taxi, depending on the area you wanted to be in. We would definitely recommend this villa to our friends and family, including anyone who asks us about our great experience during our holiday. We would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Philippe, who gave us a superb service during our booking of this villa. Excellent value for money.

This villa is lovely! We stayed here for 10 nights in May and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The villa was plenty big enough for 5 adults, our 4 year old and baby girl! Plus the location was ideal - we were 5-10 mins from the supermarket and shopping mall and there was also a little fair for our little boy! Plus benidorm, for those who wish to visit, is about 30mins away. Philippe (the owner) was a pleasure to deal with and we would definitely be staying here again when we go back to Spain! Thanks

Having returned yesterday from this beautiful house I wanted to make a recommendation to those looking to stay very close to Benidorm. From the start of the booking process Philippe and his wife Hui have been brilliant, very attentive and efficient. When we arrived at the house Phil, the property manager was already waiting for us at the villa, he explained all about the house and took us around every room. The area four lovely bedrooms, two bathrooms and a WC. With 8 of us staying there, a third shower would have been great, but it was still no major problem as there was always continuous hot water in the house. The decor, furniture and kitchen is of a high standard and the Smart TV and Wifi was something we made great use of. The pool area is lovely and a pleasure chill out at. Again as there was 8 of us so another two or three sun loungers would have been useful, however there was really nice chill out area in the corner next to the pool. The outside of the house itself is stunning with amazing views across the bay's of Benidorm and round to Villa Joyosa not to mention great mountain view behind. It is situated in the Sierra Cortina which is a beautiful residential area over looking Benidorm. This is our 5th time to the Sierra Cortina and I have to say this villa is the best place we have stayed at and we are sure to return. The fantastic Carrefour Supermarket is a short 2 minute drive away and Benidorm Old Town is only €13-€15 away by taxi. Thank you Philippe and Hui - I am sure we will be in touch again soon.
