Summary:
Self contained studios with communal swimming pool and seasonal pool bar. Furnished to the highest standard they offer everything necessary to complete a home from home stay. Located just a few metres from the quiet beach of Pogonia these apartments are an ideal vacation choice.
The Space:
Ground floor studio apartment. Aesthetically pleasing and conveniently located next to the sea. Upon entering there is a kitchenette that comprises of mini fridge, sink, espresso machine, kettle, toaster and dishware.
The bathroom has a very spacious walk-in rain shower, W.C and basin. Wooden shelving offers room for toiletries and towels.
The main studio area has an extremely comfortable king size Coco-mat bed with bedside tables and soft reading lights. Plenty of storage space is provided, along with a flat screen T.V and WiFi.
The studio has its own private decked patio with chairs and table and is sheltered by a bamboo pergola.
Guests have access to the communal swimming pool at all times.
Cleaning of the studio apartments take place every 4 days.

Guests have free access to the pool and pool bar. (Pool bar opening time: Apr-Sept)
The Neighborhood:
Pogonia,a picturesque village located on the west coast of mainland Greece, is situated in a breathtaking backdrop of beautiful and serene vistas and the crystal clear waters of the Ionia sea. Olive trees, vineyards and pine trees extend down to sandy beaches. Local tavernas, cafe and a bakery are within walking distance.
At Paleros town at 4km from the studio there are supermarkets, bank ATM's, car, bike & boat rentals, several tavernas, cafe, bars and in general nightlife.
There is also a modern beach bar & restaurant, Yacht Club Paleros, http://pyyc.gr/ with teak sunbeds, wood oven pizzas and very nice local food, nice cocktails, ice cream from fresh milk and usually our clients spent there a lot of time.
It is strategically located making it ideal for short excursions to the adjacent island of Lefkada, separated from the mainland by a floating bridge just 50m long. Preveza, Parga and many other places can also be reached easily by car offering wonderful destinations for daily excursions
A memorable, private day excursion with a rib boat around the small Ionian islands can be organised. http://ionianescape.com/,

Fabulous apartment - modern and clean with all necessary facilities for a relaxing holiday. The pool bar opened mid- stay and served lovely breakfasts. There was a beautiful pool area with loungers all adding to a perfect stay.
Highly recommend and hope to visit again.
