The condo was clean and new. The community had a lot of construction which is the only downside.

No check in information was sent until after 9pm check in was at 4 pm. I had to call VRBO to gain access to the property. Once the host finally touched base, no apology or remedy, they said well an email was sent 2 days prior yet there was no messages on the VRBO site that would indicate anything was sent. Furthermore the message came through while on the phone with VRBO customer service. Very unprofessional and added much uneeded stress after a long travel day.
