Just a few minutes’ walk from the village of Grimaud, this former sheepfold—spanning over 300 m² and fully renovated into a contemporary villa with African touches—is sure to charm you.
Facing south, the entire villa opens onto a huge terrace with century-old mulberry trees, then onto a landscaped garden of 2,500 m² and finally onto a beautiful pool over 15 meters long, overlooking a fully equipped pool house that invites vacationers to spend their days there.
Spanning two levels, the villa features spacious rooms, enhancing the character and magic of the place.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, all with direct access to the garden and pool. Two of these bedrooms are located inside the house (one double with a 160-cm bed and one with two 90-cm beds). These two bedrooms share a bathroom, which includes a bathtub, shower, and toilet. The third ground-floor bedroom has exterior access and features its own private shower room and toilet.
Upstairs, there is a study with a lovely view of the garden and the countryside, and two spacious double bedrooms, each with a 160-cm bed. One has a shower room and toilet, while the other has a bathtub, shower, and toilet.
The house can thus comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.
Outside, the beautifully landscaped garden invites you to relax and unwind. Take a nap in the shade of the pepper tree, by the pool, or in the shade of the pool house... You’re spoiled for choice!
