You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules this is a township regulation and a community rule. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 3 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.****

We had a lovely stay; people loved the little arcade in the basement as well as the sauna. There's a great swing set at the edge of the property that looks out into a marsh and it's so beautiful to just sit there and enjoy nature.

Property had lots of fun activities, arcade games for the kids and having bikes and kayaks made it very nice. Firepit was great and had plenty of wood cut to use. Beds were comfortable. Wish it were closer to the lake. Neighborhood was safe for walking. Thought the cleaning fee on top of the POA fee was rather high as we thought house was stuffy upon arrival and outside tables and chairs had to be swept off before using. Working with home owner was easy and she was very helpful.
