About this house rental
Come enjoy the best of the Lake of the Ozarks at Lakebreeze Lodge! Our Lake Front home is located at the end of a quiet cove so you can swim safely off the dock, enjoy the peace & quiet that our cove offers and watch all the active wildlife, such as our deer, geese, eagles, otters and more! Located at the 1MM by water, we are just a short 5-minute drive to the grocery store and The Strip, where you can find great restaurants, shops, ice cream, mini golf and so much more.
Our home comfortably sleeps 14 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked (including a Keurig duo coffee pot, hand mixer, toaster, blender and a crockpot) and the home has two full-size refrigerators, making it easy to cook as many meals as you wish and store extra drinks & food during your stay. Also, no need to worry about the little things; the kitchen is stocked with salt, pepper, other various spices, flour, sugar, olive oil and cooking spray!
Morning coffee can be enjoyed on the upper deck, while watching the sunrise glisten over the horizon at the end of the cove. End the night on the lower, covered deck under the party lights or sitting around the fire pit, while watching the deer feed across the cove, the ducks wander near the dock or listening to the sounds of nature. Four kayaks and a stand up paddle board are provided for an easy way to explore the cove. Our location makes it easy to enjoy the paddle, as we have calm water. Included in this rental, is exclusive use of the one-well dock with lift, so your boat stays dry and protected during your vacation. There is a marina just across the cove that is easy to get to and only costs a nominal fee to launch your boat, get gas or rent a boat!
The master bedroom has a brand new king bed with new mattress and luxury pillows. This bedroom also provides guests with a full en suite bathroom, a smart TV and a patio door leading to the covered deck.
A second master bedroom has a brand new king bed with new mattress and luxury pillows as of January 2024. Additional features of this large bedroom include a wood burning fireplace and a sunroom. The sunroom has shades to block out the morning sun, if guests are sleeping on the full-size sleeper sofa.
The third bedroom has a queen bed with a closet and the fourth bedroom has 2 bunk beds with twin over full mattresses. As a bonus, there's a sectional sofa in the sunroom, just off the second master bedroom, which is a great spot for lounging or to use as a space for the kids to play boardgames.
The hallway laundry room has a front loading washer and dryer with unlimited detergent and dryer sheets provided. We also provide plenty of beach towels so you don’t have to pack them!
**Note: When booking during the spring months (February through early May), please understand that the lake has been lowered by Ameren UE and the cove may be partially dry. You will not be able to get a boat to the dock.**

The house is at the end of a cove. We could see golfers at a neighboring golf course, deer, ducks and other wild life. The boat dock and kayaks were nice to sit out in the evening and fish or paddle down the cove. Fishing at the house wasn't that great. King size beds were very comfortable. House has plenty of towles, swim towels, wash rags, covers for a family of 5. House was about 15 mins or less from everything we went too, except Ha Ha Tonka State Park. Couple of the things we didn't like: in the room with the bunks there is a sunlight/moonlight that you couldn't block the light easily, the house could use a deep clean (surface clean, but had dust on fans and under beds), and lights outside didn't all work (maybe light bulbs burnt out).Recommendation of places to go: Supersplash USA, Casablanca, Barn-B-Que (get the brisket), Stewart's on the strip, and Osage National golf course.

Our family vacationed here with our good friends and we all agreed that we very much enjoyed staying at this property! The home was clean and very well-supplied. It was large enough to accommodate all of us (4 adults, 3 teens, 2 12-year-olds). Having our own dock in a calm cove was a huge bonus. We spent several hours making use of the patios, paddle board, fishing equipment, and canoes that were provided by the homeowner. Another bonus was that the home is in a convenient location. It was only a short drive to several restaurants, shopping, and other entertainment venues. Also, the neighbors on either side of this home were extremely friendly.
One of the major positives of renting this property was the responsiveness of the homeowner Amanda. Prior to our vacation, I asked her several questions about the area and she always responded promptly and with detail! The guidebook provided by Amanda about the property, nearby restaurants, entertainment, and shopping was the best I've ever seen!
I will mention that we did have an issue with the main refrigerator in the kitchen. That said, the owner was very responsive to our concerns and given her attentiveness, the issue has likely been resolved. The home has a secondary refrigerator in the laundry area, so overall there was little impact.
Both my family and our friends agree that we had a fun and memorable vacation in the Ozarks. Should we decide to return to the area, we would certainly rent this property again!

The house was as told in listing except for the spider and ant problem we lost alot of food the first night do too ants in the kitchen. Do not leave any food out of air tight containers. We also spent first two hours cleaning cob webs off all the out door furniture so it could be used. We did communicate with Amanda but seemed to just upset her and would just say it's lake life or that not enough time in between renters to do more. Seems to me just gotta get every dollar they can to keep it full . Funny part is both houses next door didn't seem to have same issues just saying ...
