About this house rental
This newly renovated house of 70sqm and 2 rooms stands out due to the many elegant furniture of modern design and is elegant in style. It comes with a range of high quality home appliances, uncommon in short-term accommodation.
In the kitchen with a brand new Samsung refrigerator you will find a new coffee machine, oven, water kettle and of course pans, pots, all kinds of knives and appliances to cook your favorite meal and serve it in the elegant dining room right next to the kitchen.
Normally this is my personal space and that makes it more familiar than most AirBnB apartments. Also featured are the real plants in the area, the board games and the love of detail.
The whole apartment is fully air conditioned with air conditioning (including heating) in the living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
The Bedroom comes with one 1,6x double bed including an high end mattress with memory foam.
The living room has a very warm atmosphere and has a very comfortable sofa that can be easily turned into a bed.
The bathroom is very clean, has a modern design, and everything has a bright finish and great decor. You will also have a powerful Philips hair dryer, towels and free equipment, as well as shower gel and shampoo.
The apartment is located at the ground floor and can be reached by just 3 stair-steps.
The house is located on the ground floor and has only three steps.
Also, 200 meters next to the building is a beautiful small park. Drink a coffee at the "old market cafe", enjoy the vintage atmosphere and take a walk.
If you prefer the sea, just 300 meters (the old port) is a cafe-fish tavern with refreshing drinks that you enjoy with a very beautiful view of the sea. Breakfast and other delicious meals are also served there.
