New fully furnished apartment, can accommodate up to 4 people with free parking, close to malls, supermarkets, cinema, mini-market, and other businesses. Nice house with one queen bed and one comfortable double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen, dining – living room and big private bathroom. Washer & Dryer, High-Speed Internet, Microwave are included.

Family-friendly. Feel welcomed at home when you walk into a comfortable, warm, and well-decorated living space. The living room has a 42 inch TV equipped and High-Speed Unlimited Internet 120Mbps (wifi) with a Chromecast for your lazy nights to watch Netflix or any other streaming option.
The bedroom has a very comfy queen bed. It has also a lot of closet space for you to unload your luggage and also space to keep all the clothes you buy in Montreal. In the living room, you have a sofa-bed full size for 2 extra guests.
Your bathroom will remain spotless always and the showerhead is amazing for a cold or warm shower.
You'll find a private Laundry room with a washer and a dryer machine (detergent not included).
Gym nearby.
Guests have the entire apartment to themselves (Private and Cozy). Parking spaces on the right side of the parking space. You have all the street free to park spaces too.
Remember, no shoes inside the house.
Our beautiful apartment is located in a calm neighborhood.
Mall DIX-30 (Famous Shopping center in Montreal) is only a 10 min driving from the apartment. Also the Mall Champlain (Mail Champlain) in only 5 min driving from the apartment.
There are lots of restaurants, two big cinema (Guzzo Mega-Plex and Cinéma Cineplex Brossard et VIP) around the neighborhood too.

The apartment is distant five minutes walking from a bus stop and two more stops in less than 10 mins. The nearest metro stop is Terminus Longueuil (Yellow Line) it is a 10 min if you take Bus #3 or #1 5 min, walking from the apartment.
