The outdoor area features a brand new heated pool, with an automatic cover and gate around the pool for extra safety if you are traveling with young ones. A remote start gas fire pit with enough seating for everyone to enjoy S'mores, an outdoor kitchen to do all your grilling, a pool house with a bathroom, 8 person spa, and a grassy area for the kids to run and play!! One of the only houses that has a private pool AND is within walking distance to North Beach!!! Walk to town if you choose or never leave the house because you have everything you would need for a luxury vacation!

A large, open kitchen and spacious dining room ensures plentiful room for daily meals, games, and entertaining.
7 bedrooms on the main levels, 5 bathrooms, and 2 sitting areas across 3 spacious levels make this home a perfect getaway for any time of year! A brand new finished basement with a game room and tv area for those rainy days! A quick walk to the beach a block away, a short walk to downtown, a bakery right down the street, a park around the corner, this house has it all!
We do not rent to young adults looking to have a party house. Our house is available to responsible and respectful families who will treat our home like it is their own. Absolutely no events, parties, or outside guests.

Our entire group was very happy with the house. The house itself is bigger than the pictures show and is tastefully decorated throughout. The pool and outdoor area are also outstanding - plenty of seating, firepit is great, and outdoor kitchen worked great, we ate outside every night. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home which is well-equipped. There's plenty of kitchen utensils and beach towels. The location is ideal, with a lake view and reasonable walking distance to town. Having a pool keeps everyone happily busy.

Immaculate inside and out. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook large meals. Plenty of storage space. Excellent HVAC system for hot weather. Outdoor space is second to none and the pool is Five star. One point we would like to make is the pool floor is pretty abrasive and we suggest water shoes for smaller children. Plenty of pool towels and lake towels for the entire family. Decks and porches are well furnished, safe, and clean. Parking is easy and convenient.
