Lower level apartment in a Historic Gold Coast "Q" House in North Richland. Located near the Columbia River (3 blocks) where you can find walking paths, playgrounds, tennis courts and a boat ramp. Our home sleeps 5 with 2 queen bedrooms, 1 twin Daybed and 1 bathroom. This great location is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and Starbucks. This house has Central Heating and Air, Cable TV and WIFI. Family friendly, pack and play and high chair available upon request.

It was a nice little place. Clean, had nice amenities. I really enjoyed. The only two things that were slightly irritating was the walking heard above and no way to monitor heat. There were portable heaters in the rooms. Hard to keep space temperate. I think the upstairs guest had control of the heat. It was almost perfect for our needs. Would recommend.

The apartment was spotless and decorated well. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Our only complaint was the constant walking all hours of the night from the upstairs neighbors. We could hear them talking, laughing, snoring and using the bathroom, as well as, the TV. If it hadn’t been for the noise, I’d give this stay a 5 star. It was convenient to everything and was so private. It saddens me that it was so hard to get a good nights sleep because of the noise level.
